The company was set up in 3 November 2008 with local and MOU partners RDG Supply Sdn Bhd to provide advanced non-destructive assessment to the building and underground utility industry in Malaysia. We hope to provide better service by being closer to our customers.

Attended the exhibition and trade show between 26th and 27th June 2008, as part of a joint marketing effort with Malaysian partner RDG Supply Sdn Bhd. We gained valuable insights into the working of the Malaysian construction and surveying market through interaction with fellow participants and trade visitors.
Building Auditor Appointment by Cambridge Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)
Cambridge REIT invited Andes to join its panel of building auditors. As part of the approval process, a non-disclosure agreement was signed in Cambridge office on the 12 February 2008.
Conservation to Change Alley Aerial Plaza (CAAP) Tower and Bridge at Collyer Quay
The contract was awarded on 22 January 2008 by Hyundai Engineering and Construction Company Limited to carry out structural investigation and condition survey with recommendation to life cycle assessment, repair and strengthening to the CAAP tower and bridge.
