Demonstration of Push-Rod System to Public Utilities Board (PUB)

Working demonstration on the push rod system was conducted between 3rd to 7th December 2007, for manholes in Sunset Way, Race Course Road and River Valley Road. The demonstration was attended by engineers and technicians from the PUB.

Presentation of Digisewer to Public Utilities Board (PUB)

On 27 November 2007, the DigiSewer, an advanced CCTV system was presented to PUB staff and consultants at the WaterHub in a joint marketing effort with RDG.

Signing of MOU with RDG Supply Sdn Bhd

An MOU was signed with RDG Supply Sdn Bhd of Malaysia on 1 November 2007 to conduct joint application of advanced technology in the inspection services for both underground and difficult to access location for a period of two years (1 November 2007 – 31 December 2009). The MOU will enable Andes and RDG to conduct joint marketing initiative and provide more integrated solution in term of service and product support to our client base in Malaysia and Singapore.

Participation in Building Performance Seminar

Took part the Building Performance Seminar on 12 July 2007, organized by Premas as part of our organization continuation learning process. The seminar had provided a good networking opportunity to meet authorities and experts in building performance evaluation.

Appointment of Building Consultant for by Tanjong Pagar Town Council

The contract for the investigation of façade defects to Block 12, 13 and 14 at Jalan Bukit Merah was awarded on 18 June 2008. The project also involved provision of repair method and technical consultancy during the process of repair.

Building Audit to HarbourFront Centre

The audit to the 13-Storey retail, carpark and commercial building at 1 Maritime Square was awarded by Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd on 27 May 2007. The audit involved the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical survey and statutory compliance. A boundary survey was also carried on the land the building was sited.
