Mapletree invited Andes to join its panel of building auditors with the first project in 22 December 2006 at 134 Joo Seng Road, Singapore. The property was a 4-storey warehouse cum showroom and ancillary office. Andes was also awarded the subsequent audit job for the extension to the existing building. |
