- Collate, check and handover documentation regarding the building operations and coordinate training and demonstration sessions for the users.
- Set up a rationale, consistent and streamlined document management system from the outset of the project.
- Work alongside the contractor to ensure that the health and safety file is produced.
- Coordinate a period of continuous commissioning in the first year of occupancy to allow the building to be fine-tuned.
