| Engineer (building science, civil, structural) |
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of inspection and audit of buildings, infrastructures and facilities
- Preparation of report based on inspection and audit work
- Responsible for handling client feedback and follow up action
Requirements:
- Possesses a Diploma in Building Science, Building Engineering or Building Services
- Able to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in pre-con survey, site investigation, building audit work or construction project management

- Planning and execution of marketing program
- Development of a customer care program
- Development of key customer account
Requirements:
- Possesses Degree in Building Engineering and/or Marketing
- Resourceful and good business acumen
- Familiar with the construction industry and property market
