School Technical Audit

We were awarded a contract by CPG FM Pte Ltd to conduct technical audit for 160 schools in Singapore. The contract commenced in March 2010 and will end in December 2010.

Course Development for BCA-UniSIM Course

Our principal consultant had accepted an invitation to develop the course material for "Material Technology" module for BCA-UniSIM for one of their bachelor degree courses. The course will commence in January 2011.

Completion of Project: YWCA Hostel

We had successfully completed the building diagnostic and investigation to the YWCA Hostel at Fort Canning Road with the final submission of our report and recommendation for upgrading to the owner representative in August 2010. For detail, please refer our project profile.

Completion of Project: Jurong Island Rock Cavern Project Phase I

We had successfully completed the pre-construction condition survey work to the above project for Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co, Limited in January 2010. For detail, please refer our project profile.

Renewal of MOU with RDG Supply Sdn Bhd

The MOU with RDG Supply Sdn Bhd of Malaysia had been renewed for another two years from 1 October 2010 to 30 September 2012. The MOU will enable Andes and RDG to continue our collaboration to tap on our market knowledge and conduct joint marketing initiative to our client base in Malaysia and Singapore.

NTU Industrial Orientation Program

We participated for the first time in the above program that ran between 10 May to 10 July 2010. It had been a mutually enriching experience for us to have Alex Chua and Lim Wen Rong as the program trainee during this period.
